（中央社華盛頓13日綜合外電報導）美國總統當選人川普（Donald Trump）的總統交接團隊重要幕僚、前紐約市長朱利安尼表示，美國法律並未禁止總統當選人經商，但仍建議川普應將企業交給成年的孩子經營。
法新社報導，朱利安尼（Rudy Giuliani）告訴美國有線電視新聞網（CNN），指政府高階官員不得擁有私人企業的法律規定，並未包含總統。
曾任美國司法部律師多年的朱利安尼說：「基於某些理由，當初制定相關法條時，總統被排除在適用範圍，你們也清楚這些法條不適用在總統身上，對吧？總統並不需要將家產交付信託管理。」
不過，朱利安尼接受美國廣播公司（ABC）政論節目「本週」（This Week）的訪問時，還是建議川普避免繼續經營自家事業。
朱利安尼說：「為國家著想，而且事實上你也不想每次都被人質疑，他基本上應暫離企業經營團隊，僅當一個不做決定的被動參與者，不牽連任何企業決策。」
有人質疑川普最大的3個孩子－伊凡卡（Ivanka）、艾瑞克（Eric）、小唐諾（Donald Jr），不應在川普就任總統後繼續留在川普企業，否則會有潛在政商勾結風險。
但朱利安尼認為，川普已成年的孩子應繼續積極經營父親的企業，指前述限制缺乏理由。他說：「若說要那3個已參與川普事業經營的孩子不能碰父親的事業、另找他人接手，這是某種不切實際。」
朱利安尼說：「只要記得，他們3人不能在政府單位任職，因為政府有排除裙帶關係的規定。」
伊凡卡、艾瑞克、小唐諾均已擔任川普企業的執行副總裁。
目前美國的法律規定，非民選的聯邦政府機構成員，得遵守嚴格限制，不能有私人的企業活動，但這些規定不適用於總統及副總統。（譯者：中央社陳亦偉）1051114
